Cancellation Policy

At Cleanstok, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please review the following cancellation terms before submitting a request.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers are therefore advised to contact our support team as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may refuse the package at the time of delivery.

However, repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future orders.
